I love making Mexican food, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, even a zesty cheese sauce. But I hate the gluten-filled pre-packaged taco mix with all the fillers, and preservatives in it. Plus I don't like to use flour or cornstarch. So I made my own with nothing but flavour. I use 3 tbsp per pound of meat with potato starch or powdered carrot to thicken and under 1 cup of water.
Ingredients: 100% certified organic chilli powder, cumin, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, and oregano.
